Arrive Early
Get to the studio 15 minutes before your first class. This will give you a chance to meet the teacher, have a look around and make sure that everything is organised.
Stat Hydrated
Having a drink before and after class is important. But regular sips of water work far better than downing a whole bottle! Aim to drink a little and often throughout the day – aim for a couple of litres.
Wear Appropriately
Wear clothes you can move freely in. Women often wear leggings or capri shorts and a sports top. Men wear shorts and sometimes a t-shirt (based on your preference)..
What to expect during the class
The teacher will guide you. Aim to stay in the class but it's ok if you need come out for a moment. Your body may need some time on your first visit to adjust to the heat.
What to do after the class?
Make sure you re-hydrate, potentially something with electrolytes too. Please do ask the teacher or our Front of House team any questions you may have.

Watford Junction is our nearest station, the W19 bus leaves hourly and takes 5 minutes.
Parking is free for 2 hours at Penfold Trading Estate. You will need to register your car license number on the ipad at the entrance to the studio.
