Foundation of Yoga
Perfect for beginners or anyone returning to yoga. This small-group class focuses on the basics, helping you understand key postures and alignment with personal guidance from the teacher. A supportive and welcoming introduction to yoga practice.
Stillness, Strength & Space
Begin with calming breathwork before moving into steady, strength-building postures held with focus and control. A slower-paced class that challenges the body while creating space for clarity and calm.
Freedom Flow
A smooth, flowing class where breath and movement connect. Gentle transitions between poses build strength, flexibility and confidence while keeping the practice light and enjoyable. Suitable for all levels.

Hot yoga is a sequence of poses with a focus on the breathe that takes place in a heated studio. The heat allows the body to stretch and compress more deeply. It is low impact and minimises the risk of injury. It’s a great cardiovascular workout as the heart, lungs and circulatory system need to work harder. The heat also leads to sweating which gives the added benefit of a detox
We offer a wide range of classes, from flowing styles like Freedom Flow, Mandala Flow and Align & Flow, to strength-focused practices like Stillness, Strength & Space and 26 & 2. You’ll also find easier option like Stillness, Strength & Space, restorative options such as Yin and Restorative Yoga, as well as dynamic practices like Ashtanga and Vinyasa — all suitable for different levels and goals.
There’s a number of different types of class to choose from at Feel – take a look at the Classes tab at the bottom of the page to see which one fits you most.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in — leggings or shorts and a sports top work well. Bring a yoga mat, water, and towels as you’ll sweat during class. Mats and towels can usually be hired or bought at the studio if needed.
